Lawsuit Investigation: Chevy Equinox, GMC Terrain Fuel Pump Problems

GM issued a recall for the fuel pump in certain Equinox and Terrain models, but attorneys believe the recalls may not have covered enough vehicles or provided a permanent fix. They’re now looking into whether a class action lawsuit could be filed on behalf of owners and lessees who have had problems with their fuel pump.
