Attorneys working with ClassAction.org have reason to believe that Udemy, Inc. may have used a tracking tool on its website to record accountholders’ activities – specifically, which instructional video courses they watch – and secretly share this data with Facebook. They're now gathering consumers with Udemy accounts to take action over potential privacy violations.
