Lawsuits Allege JUUL Labs Deceptively Marketed E-Cigarettes

Attorneys are filing lawsuits that allege JUUL Labs, Inc. encouraged smokers to switch to Juul based on false representations that the e-cigarettes are less addictive than regular cigarettes. The lawsuits are also alleging that the company used sweet flavors, bright colors, and youth-centered advertising to market Juul to teens instead of engaging in youth prevention efforts.
